After the initial contact with Lenfis an appointment is arranged to visit your property to discuss what you are endeavouring to achieve with your renovation.

In this discussion should you require it, we will make available our experience, advice and ideas prior to submitting a formal quotation.

Our Quotation will outline in detail the complete renovation of the Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry, Ensuite, Powder Room or Toilet. It can include supply and installation of all appliances, sanitary ware, cabinets, tiles, splashbacks, shower screens, mirrors and all other fixtures and fittings required to complete the project.

Cost is always an important factor in any acquisitions and Lenfis is proud of its ability to produce a high quality product at a realistic price.

After formal acceptance of our Quotation a starting date will be determined along with detailed CAD drawings. The drawings will include floor plans, elevations, 3D view as well as plumbing and electrical layout. A formal work schedule will also be provided.
